Kate Richerson

Kate is a postdoctoral researcher with the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences and the Northwest Fisheries Science Center. Kate earned her PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of California Santa Cruz, where she focused on the behavior, growth, and distribution of Antarctic euphausiids. She currently works on the impacts of temporary closures on the West Coast ocean salmon fishery and on the dynamics of the Dungeness crab fishery.
