I am a quantitative ecologist that uses statistical models to inform issues in marine resource management, including blue and humpback whale population dynamics, and fisheries stock assessment. I worked as a postdoc at the School of Aquatic and Fisheries Sciences, University of Washington in collaboration with National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA) at the Alaska Fishery Science Center. I worked on combining acoustic and bottom trawl data series of semipelagic species within spatio-temporal index standardization model, with application to Eastern Bering Sea Pollock.
