My lab develops approaches to providing quantitative scientific advice for fisheries management. Our major foci are currently:

• new methods for assessing fish and marine mammal populations
• Bayesian assessment and risk analysis methods
• evaluating the performance of existing methods for assessing and managing renewable resource populations
