Doug Kinzey is an assessment modeler with the Antarctic Ecosystem Research Division of the NOAA Southwest Fisheries Science Center in La Jolla, California. He is currently developing an integrated modeling framework for Antarctic krill in the Scotia Sea. He is a U.S. science adviser to the international Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR), where he participates in annual working groups on the stock assessment and statistical modeling of toothfish, krill, and other Antarctic species.
